It can be easy to lose sight of this when we are focused on tending to our families, friends, co-workers and community. When was the last time you prioritised yourself?
As women, we have so much to give. We are inherently the nurturers and healers, community connectors and safe havens for our families and community but too often we give all to those around us without prioritising our own needs, boundaries, dreams, and happiness.
This leaves us feeling overwhelmed, undervalued and struggling to find a place of ease or contentment in our lives.
